Building a Stronger Internal Connection
Do you ever have dreams that leave you with tendrils of their essence to make sense of? I had one recently about soon being released from a woman’s prison. In other words, in a dream-like way, my prison garment was being loosened and released and I feel this is a huge image to moving to a higher level in my life.
Upon awakening I felt a sense of ease and was clear that this message confirmed that I was just where I needed to be.
In astrology, prisons are a place of retreat and take us to a different realm, a place of solitude.
In the dream, I could just be in the process of change and accept where I was with grace. I could release the pressure to have a polished end product. The dream is really an insight about perfectionism and the need for an outcome. Sometimes we are just so unaware that we have a sabotage prison within us. You know how you really want something and it just is not happening. We are conditioned at an early age to produce an end product versus enjoying the process along the way. That conditioning can actually sabotage and prevent us from getting what we really want. We put such angst on the outcome that we get imprisoned by perfectionism and attachment to the outcome, that it sends it further away from us.
What I learned from the dream was there is something to feel so supportive of myself no matter where I am. It makes me the guardian of my own state of mind.
My absence from the external society had allowed me to build a stronger internal connection, resonance and helped me uncover my true self.
This dream gives me such important insight into how I teach…because I teach people to leave this old conditioning behind and to free themselves from internal prisons of thought and belief.
You might ask how this is done? It has a lot to do with me helping you build an internal connection to what is most important to you. It is learning to use tools to increase your resonance to attract what you truly want.
In essence I help you loosen the garment that you were wearing to give yourself the freedom to be who you truly are.
